OK, this may be the reason for the last error that you get above. Please insert these options just before the *END STEP option in the Abaqus input file.

Its completed successfully in abaqus and giving results in abaqus. Here its giving me this error while reading file

Check if the Abaqus analysis is successfully completed.

I changed the directory when abaqus was installed in F drive that's why it was giving me an error after installing it to the C drive the error was resolved!

Sorry Sir i am disturbing. I installed by abaqus in C and still i am getting the same error from a job in C:\SIMULIA\abaqus.

Could you install Abaqus in your C drive instead of F fdrive?

I tried on another job "AAsamp.inp" its giving me the same error

Could you rename the Abaqus input file which most probably is named 12.inp such that the new name contains some characters?

In the Abaqus2Matlab window, go to the left drop-down list with title "Variable:" and select "Nodal displacement (U)", then press the button "ENTER SELECTION" under the drop-down list. After this, press "WRITE TO INPUT" and "GENERATE POST PROCESSING SCRIPT". Run the Matlab script that is created and let me know if the error "Out of memory. The likely cause is an infinite recursion within the program" persists.

You have to select which variables are to be printed in the odb file in the GUI of Abaqus2Matlab app (shown in the second image that you have posted). These variables are the results that you have to find from the Abaqus analysis. If this does not fix the problem, please let me know.
