How can we use Drucker-Prager criteria which uses ductile damage criterion for Silicon-Carbide which is brittle?
The manual uses DP model to achieve a similar material response for ceramics with proper calibration of the Drucker-Prager plasticity and the equation of state functionality in Abaqus/Explicit.
The following link from ABAQUS manual explains the comparison of three different techniques to study high impact in ceramic.

Dear Tusar,
The calibration of the Drucker-Prager plasticity model in order to yield results similar to those which are calculated using the Johnson-Holmquist-Beissel (JHB) or the Johnson-Holmquist (JH-2) ceramic material models can be done through an optimization prodecure, which will involve properly defined objective function(s) and/or constraint functions. In this procedure, Abaqus and Matlab can be effectively coupled using Abaqus2Matlab. See the optimization example in the documentation of Abaqus2Matlab for more details.
However, you should make your question more clear in order to give you an appropriate answer.
