Is it possible that we can extract stress components at integration points/nodes and get them to Matlab? Actually, I want the stress components so that I can use them to arrive at stress resultants- bending moments.

Dear Rahul,
You can use the same element-type postprocessing functions of Abaqus2Matlab to extract the stresses at nodes instead of the integration points. In your case, you can use the function Rec11.m.
Regarding the beam with box cross-section which is modeled by shell elements, integration of stresses at the ends is a good way to obtain the reaction forces and moments.
